Another Birthday!

Happy 30th Birthday Adam and Scott!

Carson's Daddy and Uncle both turned 30 today! And as I type this, Adam is cuddled up in bed all warm. I must say, I am jealous.

I hope they both have a fabulous day!

Doctors Visits!!

Keebs had his 1 year check up today, and actually did fairly well for getting 3 separate shots!
He has grown so much in the past year, and the doctors are actually pleased with his growth in the last 3 months!

Height: 29 5/8" - 50th%
Weight: 20lbs even - 10%
Head Circumference: 18 1/4"- 50th%

Height: 21"
Weight: 7lbs 11oz
(no clue on the head!)

But yes, he had the Chicken Pox vaccine, the MMR as well as the Hep A. He is now happily running around!

Carson's First Birthday Party!!

So, Carson had his First Birthday Party last weekend, on the 14th, at his Uncle Steve and Aunt Paula's house. We think it was a success, as it was GORGEOUS out! I can tell a party is a success if the kids are happy, and from what it seemed like, they were all stoked!

There were about 36 or so people at the party, so it was a packed house! All the kids were outside running in the sprinklers, while the adults got to socialize. Adam's cousin Morgan, her husband Jeremy, and their two kids Maggie and Boyd (who just turned 1 as well!) also came, which was a great surprise! Adam's parents drove from Wenatchee, along with his Grandparents, for the event.

Carson had it a bit rough in the beginning, he hadn't napped all day, but it ended up working in our favor. Grandpa Wayne ended up getting Carson right to sleep while everyone else was eating!

And...he's out!

Once he woke up, it was cake time! And since he'd never had cake before, he loved every single second of it. Seriously, he went to town on that thing! It was everywhere (and a pain to get off later on!)

So, we want to make sure we thank everyone for coming out to celebrate with Carson for his special day! He loved the cake, opening all of his gifts (THANK YOU!) and playing with his cousins and family!

Happy Birthday

It is amazing to think that just 1 year ago, Carson was only a few hours old! Now, he's walking, talking (well, saying a few words!) and is turning into an active little boy.

I want to thank those that have been so supportive and there for us this past year! We couldn't have done it without you!

And as for Carson, Happy Birthday, bug!! Mommy and Daddy love you more than you could ever possibly know, more than I think we both ever thought we could love someone.

I'll be posting this weekend on his birthday party festivities, as well as all the other exciting things going on!

Memorial Day Weekend!

We decided to go to Wenatchee for Memorial Day weekend! Even though it was nice on our side, we figured that we can't go wrong with mid-80's!

The traffic wasn't the best, and Carson was a little cranky about it...but we made it over in a short 4.5 hours...(haha). Carson got to get loves from his Grandma and Grandpa...and we were able to eat pizza and relax.

The next day, we broke out the kiddie pool, and Carson got to play in the water with his toys. He loved the water, and loved splashing around! Later, his friend Ava joined him....and they were playing together. Ava is adorable, and I kept referring to her as Carson's future wife. Carson kept pushing her around on his little car....it was cute!

Sunday was another nice day, but we had to head home, so we could have a day of relaxing. The car ride back was easy, but it was weird to see snow on the pass, while it was 80 something out. Amazing.

Parker also got to celebrate his 3rd birthday, which means he is 21 in dog years. We let him celebrate with a cold frosty one :)

That was our trip. It was nice to get away for a weekend.

The Zoo!

Carson LOVED the zoo, doesn't every kid love the zoo?! We went on such a gorgeous day, but we found parking this time!

Adam had fun using our video recorder to record all of the animals, and Carson got to pet a goat! He loved the cows, sheep and goats, so it was pretty hilarious. I think his favorite exibit was an empty one with a waterfall in it. He watched that thing for a LONG time. He also loved watching the carosel. We didn't take him on it, as we were both exhausted by the time we got to it, but next time we will :) The penguins were also a hit, I must say!

By the end of the day, Carson was exhausted! He was out before we left the zoo!

The next day we decided to go on an almost 2 mile hike with Parker and Carson. Parker loves being in Nature, and Carson loves looking at all the bushes at trees. Again, the day was gorgeous, and Parker was tired. Nothing like a happy, sleeping puppy.

Mother's Day!

My first Mother's Day was great! It was so nice to sleep in, and Adam got to play with him and Parker.

The only thing I wanted out of the day was to relax...and I got that! We went out for Breakfast and made an attempt at going to the zoo (but it was too packed). The day was spent with my 3 boys, Parker, Carson and Adam!

Grandpa's and Birthdays!

Since it's been SO long since I have had a chance to update...here are some pictures of Nolan's third birthday, as well as my Dad visiting. This was back in April though! My grandparents were able to visit with Carson as well, and my Grandpa loved holding him. We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing son!
